🥗 This recipe is simple but I bet you’ll be addicted. It’s packed with delicious  flavors of veggies plus, it’s a perfect side dish!

  • chicken breast
  • 1 medium sized celery
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • celery stalk
  • 1  medium sized green apple
  • ½  a head of lettuce
  • ¼  bunch of parsley
  • ½  tea cup of finely chopped walnuts
For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper


  1. Boil the chicken breast over medium heat, adding enough water to cover it.
  2. After grating the peeled celery with the wide side of the grater, rub it with lemon juice to prevent it from darkening and let it sit for a while.
  3. Finely chop the lettuce leaves and celery stalks. Remove the parsley leaves one by one.
  4. Chop the green apple into small cubes.
  5. After removing the skin from the boiled chicken breast, chop the chicken into small pieces.
  6. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl  Add walnuts and mix again .
  7. For the salad sauce; Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl and add the mixture to the salad.
  8. Serve the salad without waiting to prevent it from becoming watery.
  9. You can decorate the salad with avocado if you wish.
