The following ingredients are needed for this practical Turkish cuisine delight:

  • 1 package of pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 bowl of yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
Preparation Steps
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of salt and the pasta into boiling water.
  • Boil and strain the pasta for the time indicated on the package (this is usually between 8 and 11 minutes).
  • For the sauce, mix the yogurt, crushed garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  • Just before serving, drizzle the garlicky yogurt sauce over the pasta you have plated.
  • If you wish, you can melt butter with red pepper flakes (pul biber) and drizzle it over the top.
