Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg (reserve the yolk for brushing)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast (10 g)
- 3–3½ cups all-purpose flour

- Feta cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
- Add the vegetable oil, egg, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and knead until a soft dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small pieces, add your preferred filling, and shape into rolls.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serving Suggestion
Serve warm with tea or coffee for breakfast or as a delicious snack.
